OUR PROVIDERS
The Wesley Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center, located at the Wesley Community Center. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we meet the highest standards set by the federal government, and we strive to provide the highest quality of patient care for everyone. As a part of our continued effort to provide the highest quality of care, we continuously track data on our performance in areas like disease screening and health education, and set annual goals for improvement.
Our providers include Board Certified Family Physicians and Board Certified Nurse Practitioners. Several of the residing physicians are instructors at the University of Arizona’s College of Medicine in Phoenix. We also have specialists who rotate through our Health Center, and have completed additional fellowships and specialized training beyond their residencies.
Wesley Health Center is committed to educating patients about their new diagnoses, medications, personal health, and chronic conditions. We offer patient education components in addition to doctor visits, including group visits and classes for diabetes management, hypertension, and expecting mothers, Our providers here at Wesley are either English-Spanish or have a trained medical interpreter assisting them.
OUR PROVIDERS
Attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed a Family Medicine residency at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center where she was the Chief Resident. She has been practicing medicine since 2005. Dr. Brite enjoys all aspects of Family medicine; however, she has a special interest in women’s health and reproductive medicine,having special training in these areas. She is currently the Director of Family Medicine Clerkship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoen
Completed her undergraduate degree in Health Education at the University of Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. Her specific interests are full-spectrum family care, preventative medicine, and rural/underserved medicine.
Completed her Bachelors in Nursing at Arizona State University before working as a Trauma ICU nurse at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. She completed her Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner at the University of Arizona with a focus in family care. After completing clinical rotations at Wesley Health Center, Claudia gained a deep understanding of the needs of Wesley´s Patients. Completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing at Arizona State University before working as a registered nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital, caring for trauma, orthopedic and surgical patients. She completed her Doctorate in Nursing at Arizona State University, specializing in family practice. Wendy enjoys caring for patients in all aspects of family medicine, with particular interests in women’s health and preventive medicine.
